I’ve recently embarked on a 5 day camping trip with four of my close friends. I returned last night a few shades darker and sun burnt. The trip there and back was a fairly long drive, roughly about 5-6hrs drive heading north-east towards Ottawa. The place we went to was Samuel de Champlain, the campsite we got was amazing. It looked a lot better than what was described on the site I used to book it with … we have learned not to judge a campsite by the description on the website… our last camp trip to Sturgeon Bay wasn’t as big and nice as we were led to believe. Well at least this year this site made up for the one at Sturgeon Bay, there’s lots of activities to do, plenty of privacy, and the camp ground is HUGE, so there was a lot of exploring. If anyone plans to go camping any time soon … I would highly recommend this one… well this is how our 4 day trip went …..

Day 1 – Departure and Arrival

After a few days of preparing for this trip, the day has finally arrived … a few last things to take care of and we were all set to head off to our destination. Around 12am Victor is finally off work and we headed to his work place to see if he needed a ride home… he had drove his car. So we followed him back to his place so he can grab his stuff and head on out. Now that we’ve picked up Victor we headed back to Kenny’s place(the driver) to look up direction on how to get there. then off to my place to pick up so stuff that I had forgotten … and yet I still forgot my hat. You would think that’s it we’re off… but nope lol we stopped at micky D’s for food for me … I hadn’t eaten all day and its finally caught up with me… after 30 min of waiting in the drive thru line we were finally off and on our way we entered the highway at 3:50am and we made a road side stop at roughly 3:57am something was wrong with the tires, so Sang decided to open the side of the van and sit off the side… and then we started hearing splatters coming from the side of the van… it was SANG HE WAS PEEING WHILE SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE VAN!!! We tried to take a shot of it for blackmailing purposes MUAHAHA, but we didn’t want him to pee in the van. After everything was finished we off again, and this time it was for the long haul. After hours of driving the sun was coming up and we saw on the right of us large bodies of water … since we were ahead of our schedule we decided to take some detours. We stopped by a lake thinking that there would be a park area or something like that but they were the backyards of a bunch of NICE houses. We made a few more detours and then we were back on track … until North Bay, we had to stop by Walmart for a bigger cooler and a knife, the cooler we had was way too small for the amount of food we had… you don’t wanna know what we had to do to keep the rest of the meet frozen lol, and we forgot a knife, we also stopped by the bait shop for some worms. And then another hour drive and we had finally ARRIVED! We checked in and we went to setup our tents and stuff.

As soon as everything was setup and done we were off to go fishing… lol we head to the dock and the first thing I did was take off my sandles and dunk my feet in the water, I had my feet in there for a while then I saw something big move in the water and it freaked me out and I took my feet out right after I took it out I saw what it was… it was a SNAPPING TURTLE! After we saw that everyone was cautious when we washed our hands after we baited our hooks. The first fish was caught and it was by me! Woot it was a sunfish … it wasn’t that big of a fish but man were we happy. We now know that there’s other fishes other than CATFISH we didn’t travel this far to catch something we can catch back home in Hamilton. A few more fishes were caught and then Victor got bored so he used one of his cigarette butts as bait for fun, right after he through his line in he got a bite. It was a fish … A BIG FISH! It was strong enough to bend his rod almost all the way he tried to reel it in he got it close enough to the dock so he could see the fish a bit and the line broke it was a really big fish. We then headed back to camp for dinner and came back, this time with Sang, we didn’t tell him about the snapper lol. We fished until it was so was so dark we could barely even see each other. Then I had a bite, it was a decent fight but when I reeled it in it was a huge bass. The fight wasn’t strong but it was the biggest Bass Kenny had ever seen caught. Then it was back to camp and off to bed.

Day 2 – R&R and The Bet

We didn’t do much this day all we did was just sit around camp relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The day got a bit cloudy and Victor and Sang kept saying that its going to rain and Kenny kept saying that it wasn’t. So Kenny bet Victor that it wasn’t the bet was if it rained any day he would by him an Ice Cap, but if It didn’t rain he would get 2 due to Victors Advantage. Then it drizzled a bit but Kenny argued that it didn’t count cause it was a few drops and it stopped they agreed that it didn’t count. We fished a bit and ate, that’s pretty much we did that day

Day 3 – Canoeing

Finally the day has arrive … I actually woke up early for this, this is the day we rent the canoe! We all got up around 10:30 for breakfast and around 12:30 it was lunch, and at 1 we went to rent the canoe. We rented it for 8 hrs, it was a lot cheaper than we thought it was going to be. Now that we got the canoe we head towards the dock to launch it we loaded all our fishing gear and some water. Too bad I had to sit in the middle, now that I’m 20 – 30 lbs heavier than I was 2 years ago -_- but it was still fine. We head off into the center of the Bay, Victor and I were the first to paddle. Not even half way into the Bay Sang was causing trouble already and rocking the canoe. I wouldnt have cared if I didn’t have my camera with me… so then someone thought of an idea they took the emergency kit emptied it and put my camera in there now it floats and will stay dry! Now I was rocking the canoe MUAHAHAHA and was splashing Sang lol that punk@ss so after hours of paddling around we started to head back cause it looked like it was ready to rain. As soon as we got off the canoe and docked it, the rain poured it poured hard it didn’t rain long but long enough for Kenny to lose the bet LOL. We then returned the gear and got dinner ready.

Day 4 – Exploring

We didn’t do much exploring since we got here so after lunch and waiting for the day to be cool down a bit we went off to explore the camp grounds. We found this river where the current were so strong that you can barley stand in it with out it pushing you over, we all jumped in the day passed so fast next thing you know it was time to head back. On our way back some people were leaving and we went to steal what ever fire wood they left before the ranger got to it =). We head back to camp set up dinner. And we made our last bond fire … it was a HUGE one, then I decided to spray our mosquito repellent in the fire haha it was fun. Kenny then got a stick and did wow it was cool then everyone started doing it LOL. After all the fun and games we were off to bed and that’s when it started to pour lightning, thunder, the whole SHABAM! It was just raining it was coming down like theres no tomorrow we thought it was going to flood the tent but the tent held up in the morning everything was soaked.

Day 5 – Departure

We got up about 9:30 to clean up everything and head home the ride home was kind of fun everyone fell asleep for a few minutes after we stopped at Walmart for breakfast and meds for my massive headache everyone was awake. We were singing to the songs on the radio lol.

And that is how our camping trip went, same time again next year boys lol.

This weekend I had to take apart La’s laptop to clean it … all I have to say is if any of you decided to take apart a laptop … especially a “Toshiba” do some research online befor you do it. It took me roughly 3 hrs of trying to take the backing off… I was sweating like crazy and trying not to pull too hard and snap anything… It felt like I was part of the bomb squad and that if I treated it too roughly it would blow up in my face. The sweat was running down my face … the fact that it was a 40 degree day didn’t help at all. La had to wipe the sweat from my forehead… lol now it felt like I was performing brain surgery lol… in the end I didn’t even get it fully off, the center was screwed on to something but I couldn’t see where the screw was… so I ended up blow dusting what I could reach… Hopefully her computer doesn’t over heat anymore.

Maybe I’m the only one that notices this but it seems like that kids now a days are out of control. I don’t completely blame them though, most the time it seems like the parents just don’t care any more to discipline they’re kids, I'm not saying all kids and parents are like this now … I’m just saying that majority of them are. I know it’s not easy to raise a child, I have a few friends that have kids of their own and to tell you the truth, it actually seems allot harder than I thought to take care of a child. But it seems to me that they’re doing an excellent job at it, they’re kids don’t run around like crazies, or at least when they’re kids do they keep them in under control. And not only that, some of the parents that don’t control they’re kids are the ones that are the older generations, the ones that are my moms age. I don’t recalling my mom letting me run around like the Easter bunny is chasing me on a busy street, cause if I did I would have to pay a visit to my best friend … “gway mo sow” … for the non Chinese speaking readers it’s a Chinese feather duster, every Asian kids child hood friend lol. I’m not saying to spank your child or shout at them all the time … I myself love children and it even piss’s me off when I see parents who are always yelling at the child when they’re not even doing anything, but sometimes you got to just say something what if get hurt or break something… then its too late. Like for example when I just got my new phone I was super careful with it … and what do you know I get a call on my new phone and out of no where this kid runs into me and knocks the phone rite out of my hand. At first I wasn’t mad because it was a child, but the parents just looked at me like it was my fault! Like come on your kid was the one who ran into me. Its not only that this weekend I was visiting my Girlfriend in Toronto and on our way back we were parked and some kid opens his door and what do you know it slams into her brother in-laws car, and what does the parents do nothing! They go on as if they didn’t see it and when we said something what does that dad do? NOTHING! All he could say was “what do you want me to do about it?” well let’s see … HOW ABOUT AN APOLOGY YOU A-HOLE! Common people like is it so hard to just say sorry? Like that’s all it takes is just an apology, but no some people choose to be jerks, it’s not like were asking for you to pay us or to give us your child in return. Like I know for me if the parents would have just said sorry instead of making me look like I was an idiot and I can’t weave my way through 4 kids running around, I would have made me forget about the fact that my NEW phone was scratched.

I keep saying that I live in the ghetto because the kids in my neighbor hood are so out of control … they have no respect for they’re elders at all. But … I’m not going to talk about that I’m going to finish it off here … that’s a whole new blog =P until then parents remember a simple apology goes a long way.

…. Sorry if I offended anyone … and I’m not a child hater either …

Finally after 4 months of waiting I have finally been taken off the waiting list at Sheridan College. I woke up and went to my computer, since no one was online to talk to I decided to check my Email and looky here I have 1 new email with a subject titled “computer animation”, at first I thought it was another ad but then I looked at the name and I remember talking to someone with that name … then it clicked It was someone from the colleges I applied to. My body suddenly filled with goose bumps I opened it and it read:

Hi Alvin - We now have a space for you in Computer Animation so will be sending you a formal offer letter within the week. If by any chance you are not interested please email me back so I can take someone else off the waiting list, but hopefully this is good news for you.

Then Ron came online, he was the one who suggested that I should go back to school, and helped me with my portfolio … a lot! LoL. I messaged him right away, he was happy and congratulated me, we talked for a bit and then shine came online so I messaged her too. After talking to them for a while I was thinking of the last time I did any kind of studying or school work.

I realized it has been a while since I’ve graduated from Mohawk College; it’s been 2 years actually since I’ve last stepped inside a school. I thought that I would never go back to school again, but I feel as if I didn’t get a good enough education at Mohawk.

So after a few years of work for a cellular company, they went bankrupt in late January … I didn’t do it =Þ. I was actually excited, I have been working non-stop since I was 11, and it was 1 job after another. After a week had gone by I found myself utterly bored all the time, so I was desperate to find a new job (non-retail). That is when I realized that I waited way too long to find a job doing what I took schooling for. I know, a lot of you are wondering why I didn’t do it after I graduated college. It’s like that episode of “friends”, if any of you watch it, where Rachael wanted a new job. Chandler jumps in and says “you have to get the fear” its because you have this job and you feel secure, so you mind feels there is no need to look for another job there fore you don’t put out 100% to look for a job. That was exactly how I felt … I did look but, I didn’t really care if I found one or not, another reason was that I was promoted to manager as well, so it made it extra hard to quit … all that extra money kind of helped too =D LOL.

It has come to my awareness that I am currently being shared by my friends Hoang and Shine, they are taking turns hanging out with me. As if they were divorced *knocks on wood* and I am the child they are taking turns, seeing. The only thing that sucks is that there are no special “perks” ^_~ from either side lol jk, judging by the smile on shines face most the time, Hoang seems to be a “Big Boy!” if you know what I mean *nudge nudge* hahaha just kidding …*shivers* just saying that made me the shivers like I just took a wicked piss … guys out there, you know what I’m talking about lol, I’m NOT gay if anyone out there thinks that I am, shame on you … tsk tsk tsk … lol. But all in all I don’t mind they’re both cool friends to hang out with … well … maybe not Shine … she’s a bit shallow … LOL JK please don’t hurt me I bruise easy … at least they keep my day occupied, and I kind of like the attention =Þ … what!? Everybody’s a bit of an attention whore some times LOL.

It isn’t just them it seems like there’s not enough time in a day sometimes, for me to hang out with all my friends. I’m not trying to say I’m Mr. Popular or anything I just have 2 different group of friends, who like and dislike different things. Sometimes I feel bad when I’m out with one group of friends and the other guys call me, I’m not the type of person who would just leave one party to join another, so I would have to say no. Luckily my friends seem pretty cool about it… at least I think they are hehehe… cause if they aren’t imma have to unleash some hurt up in here =D.

Even when I’m with La (see I mentioned you again! hehe) and the boys call, I don’t like having to say no but I have to … I don’t like ditching people, and vice versa when I’m chilling with the boys and she calls I feel bad that I have to say no.

There needs to be more hours in certain day, I find some days seem to be really long and I do nothing all day and other days it flies by and I don’t have enough time.

The day started off when Alvin wakes up to a MSN message he hears coming from the speakers at his desk. Alvin slowly opens his eyes as the sunlight shines through his blinds. He slowly gets up from his bed and walks over grumpily over to his computer to see who has waken him from his slumber. It was his friend Sunshine … asking him where Popeye’s Chicken was … but before he had the chance to answer, in a blink of an eye she was offline. Looking at the time, 3pm he had noticed he’s slept most of the day away.

He had remembered the night before Don suggested that they should head over to Webster’s Falls. To his amazement … Don suddenly appeared online like a rub of a magic lamp. Alvin quickly messaged his friend Don and asked if they were still going to Webster’s Falls. Don quickly replied “yes but were going to be taking the bus tho.” Alvin replies to his message “sure I don’t mind just let me grab a bite to eat and shower and well head on out.”

About 30 minutes later, Alvin was ready and begins his journey by heading on over to Don’s Place. The two meet up and start walking over to Jackson Square (the mall) for a quick bank run and to buy some bus tickets. After getting there bus ticket they head on over to the bus stop … and not long after … the bus was there … they both look at each other and the people around them and out blurted the words “ man I hope they have air conditioning on that bus …. Or it’s going to be a loooooong bus ride.” Luckily the bus was air conditioned. They quickly hoped on the bus pushing the other passengers aside, like a running backer going for a touchdown.

As they get closer Don looks out the window with a confused look on his face …. “I think we went too far Alvin” Don says … “WHAT! … are you serious?” Alvin shouts, because his music is turned up way too loud on his ipod. Don heads on to the front of the bus and talks to the bus driver. He turns around and says “yea we went too far we gotta head back to where the A&P was and catch a second bus.” So the two waited for the bus to turn around to take them where they need to get off. At the second bus stop Don looks down at the sign and sees that the bus is going to be 2 minutes … the two had a joyful ... yet stupid look on they’re face of excitement. They waited and waited … the bus was LATE! 10 minutes late to be exact … “damn HSR bus drivers! They’re never %*&$in’ on time!” Alvin blurted. Don had notice that weren’t in Kansas anymore … every car that had passed people kept staring at us like we were aliens from another planet, as if these people have never seen ASIANS before. The two quickly made smart remarks and jokes about the situation, Don then suggested that they walk the rest of the way there.

Not long after they started walking out pops Tan out of no where like a creepy man out from the shadows preying on innocent little boys. They both look at each other then shouted “what the fak are you stalking us?!” this had been the second time in 2 days they had run into Tan out of the middle of no where. Tan pops his head out of his car like he’s ready to offer us some candy, “hey where the !*#$ you guys going?” Tan shouted “Webster’s Falls up that hill!” Don shouts back “Want a ride? I’m heading up there anyways I’m doing deliveries”, “SURE!” the two shouted.

Now being picked up by Tan the three head up the hill Tan then drops them off at the top near what they thought was the entrance, “if you guys need a ride back gimme a call I’m at work or just come by the shop later” he then drives off like a mad man escaping the police in a high speed chase. They walk into what they thought was the entrance “fak” Don mutters under his breath “I think this is the wrong way.” They both head out and walk up the hill more they ended up stopping by a variety store to grab some drinks and ask for direction. Don grabs his drink and walks up to the clerk “do you know where …” before he can even finish his sentence the clerk says “yea … go down this street 2 blocks turn right on the second intersection and go all the way down the street.” “Webster’s Falls …. Is ….? … thanks” “oh yea if you read in the paper that 2 boys go missing, it’s us” Alvin adds the remark scaring the lady next to him. They continue they’re walk and what do you know they see a sign…



… I don’t know why Don is pointing to Crooks Hollow when they heading to Webster’s Falls and Spencer Gorge. To make things right again Don has courteously edited this photo to redeem himself from utter humiliation.

continuing with our 2 adventurers … they finally on the right track … they both look over to they’re right and Alvin says “omg! O_O that’s the bridge from the other place we thought, wasn’t Webster’s Falls “FAKin’ hell” Don shouts. They both laugh it off and go on in they’re journey. Not long after they come to a house … they both looked at it and snicker … “we’ve done it Don we’ve found Satan’s house” Alvin says trying not to laugh …



Don continues to walk … “ARG I’m being eatin’ alive!” Alvin shouts in anger, as the fleet of mosquitoes, fly and hover over him biting him all over. They see a car a head and these girls drive by screaming the words “OW!” at them … Don laughs and says “they feel your pain Alvin HAHAHAHAHA.” Alvin blurts out a sarcastic laugh and comes back with the remark … “don’t make me push you down this hill.” They continue going and FINALY ! they’ve reached they’re destination, blip blip blip they take non-stop pictures. Using many techniques and stances to get the shot they need. One of the many techniques used is this one …



called the chinaman squat shot, performed by Alvin, taken by Don. They finally finished taking all the shots they wanted to take … they call Tan to meet up with them where he dropped them off. They head towards the location they take the bridge Alvin thought was the right way, and when got to the end of the bridge they find out it was… a 30 minute walk could have taken them 5 minutes or less. They head on over to Tan’s pizza shop to chow down on some yummy delicious pizza. Alvin looks at his arms and legs “man I look like I got cooties man!” Alvin mutters with food in his mouth.

I would also like to add Dundas people are sooooooooo much nicer than Hamilton people … OMG almost everyone we passed people would either smile or wave at us even though they didn’t know us, and we also looked like we just came off the boat… all dirty and sweaty

Today my friend Don and I attempted to ride our bikes to Webster’s Falls, located deep into the Dundas area...

The day started off when Don messaged me on MSN to see if I wanted to go, at first I thought it was just a regular bike ride down at the Bay front. But when he told me it was to Webster’s Falls I think I almost pooped myself, Webster’s Falls is a FAR bike ride from where we live. So after 20 min or so of thinking if I should go or not, I decided it would be a good adventure and a good chance for me to take some nice pictures for my picture blog. I quickly got showered and by the time I stepped out and dried off I was sticky already, it was 32 degrees out today. I got to check my bike and there was a problem, my tires are flat. So Don suggested that there was a gas station where I can pump my tires, so our first journey was to the gas station. Since my tires were flat we had to walk there, on a hot day like today it felt like we were walking through a long desert. The 10 minute walk seemed to feel more like half an hour, so we finally see the gas station, which seem to have appeared like a desert mirage. We walk up to the pump station and the pump was FREE! so I was happy. I bent over to unscrew the cap for my bike tires and what do you know it was tighter than a jar of pickles that have been sitting in the fridge for days unopened. I decided not to waste time on my front tire and start pumping the back tire first while Don helps me get the front open. Now that I've finished pumping the back tire, the cap won't go back on, because when I pumped it the little thingy that you pump air into was on a slant so I had to let all the air out fix the tire and then pump it again, by the time I finished Don had finally got the cap off. So we finished pumping my tire and we were off on our adventure, not even 2 blocks away Don's front tire POPED! O_O. so we ended up walking home, but we stopped at a park near by to sit in the shade to relax, and then we were off to go home.

So we decided to continue our "Journey To The West" tomorrow after Don patches up his tire, hopefully we'd have more luck tomorrow.

Wow its been a while since I've blogged, my last blog was on ... May 5th ! wow and its not even a blog really ...

but anyways ...

G-Mail user think they are the coolest ppl in the world, but you know what!? ... your NOT =Þ haha. I'm not hating on anyone but most my friends all have G-mail accounts and they're always trying to get me to get one *coughDoncough* everytime I come across a situation where I need a G-mail account in order to register for something SOMEONE is always on my back saying "see see I told you a G-mail account is usefull". LOL that bust-ard and his G-mail! GRR! Google has like a little cult going on with G-mail account users, but the thing is you can't sign up for a G-mail account unless someone who already has one gives you one ... WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THAT! well you know im gonna be forming a cult too. It's gonna be called "G-mail users are UN-cool and we are not haters just because we dont have an account not like we want one anyways"

Tonite i was walking over to a friends house when I heard this loud screeching sound. At first I thought it was two cats fighting so I look around and there was nothing. So I continued to walk and I hear it again but now it just won't stop it kept going. Now I'm really curious whats making that noise so I stopped and looked around so I started to see leaves falling from the tree in front of me. I looked and to my amazement it was 2 racoons going at it up in the tree ... hahaha, I walked off laughing and when I told my friend Don about it he called me a perv... LOL!

He's just mad that he missed out on something that funny.... but then again on the other hand i think he's lucky he didn't have to witness that *shivers* >_<

P.s
I'm not a perv ... to all of you' who's gonna call me a perv in my comment... thats rite, you know how you are ... my finger's pointing at you, expecially Don!

Tonite my friend decided to drive all the way to Mississauga for food. It was only 12am and we were hungry and theres nothing for us to eat here in hamilton. So we called up some friends who would want to come and 2 more decided to join ... so on we go with our journy East Towards Sauga(short for Mississauga) half way into the highway it started to get really foggy but it was too late to turn back... we finally get to Sauga and we cant find any place that was still open so on of our friend ... SHE-TAN!(real name Tan) told us where to go so we thought he would know where some good places to eat be ... boy were we wrong we ended up getting lost and ended up in another city .. BRAMPTON! we got there by going through the city routes lol so we turned around and headed back in the other direction and we finally found a PHO place to eat... right when we were about to go in SHE-TAN says no man it looks crappy only 5 tables when we can clearly see that theres more so he throws the driver off and thinks that we all didnt want to go in and we kept going and got lost again we kept driving around till we ended up back at that Pho place to eat right when we walk through the doors SHE-TAN was sooo quiet ... why? cause there was atleast 10 or more tables... the whole time we kept saying wow lucky we got a table its sooo busy in here ... lol we finally get to eat after 3 and half hours of driving around! but i should be complaining it was pretty fun tomorow night NIAGRA FALLS!

I had the wierdest phone call today ... some guy called my phone asking to speak to ALVIN! this is how the conversation went:

me: this is alvin who is this
guy: shawn .. this isnt alvin
me: yes ITS ME!
guy: hahaha no seriously let me speak to alvin
me: haha seriously its me alvin!
guy: yo im not kidding let me speak to him
me: ok .... who is this
guy: SHAWN let me speak to alvin!
me: OMG THIS IS!
guy: oh is your number ***-***-***9?
me: NO ITS ***-***-***1
guy: oh hahaha i got the wrong number

hahaha what are the chances that some one else with the same name, that has almost the same number as me .. now thats wierd ...

It's 5am. and I can't sleep.. I can't stop thinking about my girlfriend I miss her sooo much! ... it is true what people say, you dont miss someone till they're gone. It sucks having her away for school, I get to see her only once or maybe twice a week and sometimes I dont get to see her at all. I miss having her around I miss holding her, I even miss her pushing me away when I try to sneak a kiss. It's been quiet around here since shes left for school. Theres no one to bug me when im trying to do my work and theres no nagging voice that tells me I smell and to go take a shower when I come home from the gym (not that i dont take a shower after the gym). Even watching T.V's not the same theres no voice telling me that this show is boring or not getting to watch my shows at all because of american idol or DAYS! omg days! lol all those bad actors, I used to make fun of them all the time when she watchs that show. Well it is Wednesday now just 2 more days till I get to see my babie :D :D so im gonna try to go to bed now so that the next day can come sooner. nites!

Wow tonite must be one of my luckiest night ... my friends and I were playing cards and i was delt 4 straight flushs .. for those of you who dont know whats the significance of a straight flush is .. its one of the hardest hands you can get in poker after royal flush ... a straight flush is any 5 consecutive numbers right after each other and they have to be the same suit .... and a royal flush is from 10 to ace with the same suit ... and i got them ... :D i was happy enough with only 1 and then the next hand i got it again ... lol ... too bad the other two were later on in the night and one final one just befor we ended it, my friend Long(yea thats his real name) plays online poker and he wanted me to play for him tonite on the highest table he can afford LOL. I also won a 2 timmies roll up the rim to win ... lol this is big because we get 10 or more coffees a night and no one ever win ... i think were our record is 5/60 or so lol ... so my friends told me to go get a lotttery ticket so i was like why not ... but i couldnt buy one till tomorow so i thought why not buy a scratch and win and i won !!! so tomorow morning im gonna go buy a lottery ticket and hope for the best lol ... but i would rather get an acceptance letter from sheridan college or seneca college. now that would make my day ... =D oh and maybe getting my new computer to work properly too LOL but then thats just pushing my luck =P

Yesterday I went to my girlfriend's sister and her fiance's stag and doe it was pretty fun i was the poker dealer for most the night but i didnt mind ... cause i deal ACTION baby ... too bad i didnt get to win any of the door prizes but its ok i was one of the helpers so it wouldnt look rite if i won ... people might think that it was rigged :D. there was alot of people that night, but one of the event that i was really looking forward to was the caricature drawings, they were done by friends of the groom who he went to school to. So as soon as they came my girlfriend and I got one done :D here are some pictures of they look like ...

sorry for the low quality pictures they were taken with my phone i dont have my camera at the moment. Overall it was a really fun night, watching some friends drunk and acting all funny, and getting to watch the groom sing i would have to say was the highlight of the night ... the grooms men all got together and made a sign that read "see the groom sing for $10". By the end of the night everyone that was helping out was dead tired but the poker table was still going on LOL and me i passed out as soon as i got home i didnt even have the energy to blog about it till today.

For my first blog i decided to blog about my new computer ....

i just got a new pc today ! OH YEA! lol ... what a birthday present for myself, considering my birthdays tomorow :D hint hint cough cough ... and i just wanted to brag about my new pc :D plus its my first time blogging so gimme a break im not going to be able to write up a short story ... hopefully as i go along my blogs will get long.

and for the ppl who are wondering what i got....

cpu - AMD 64 Athlon X2 3800+
motherboard - Asus A8N-Sli Deluxe Edition
ram - OCZ 1GB
video card - originally i was gonna get Sapphire ATI Radeon X800 GTO2 ...
but since the chipset doesnt match up with my mother board i ended up getting BFG GeFORCE 6600 GT OC

I'll have some pictures up sometime soon but until then, this is all i have to say
